Gettysburg's William Patterson House Stabilization Update

The chinking is finished between the logs on the south side of the William Patterson House. The Taneytown Road is on the left. This view was taken facing north at approximately 4:15 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2009.

Chinking is slowly being placed between the logs of the William Patterson House. The National Park Service should have been finished with the chinking this week. It appears they are behind their scheduled of next week finishing stabilizing the interior, and then begin to put on the board and batten siding.
