We last visited the George Spangler Farm with special permission in May of 2011. In January of 2012, non-1863 buildings visible in this and the previous 1890 photograph were removed as part of ongoing restoration work by the Gettysburg Foundation (who controls the property). Today we’ll show you a few of these post-January pictures.
