When we walk around Gettysburg with our camera, sometimes objects catch our eye that are “different,” such as this collection of fruit at the Dobbin House. Thousands of geese use the pond on their annual migrations. The proximity of the pond to the National Park Service fields that are harvested by local farmers is an attraction for the birds to this area.This image was taken facing west at approximately 11:15 AM on Saturday, December 3, 2016.
